Neil Plain Toe Monk Strap Casual Shoes

True to size, comfortable, well made, and look amazing!

I love these shoes and think it is a perfect balance of detailed design, mixed with a traditional solid good surface texture.What i mean by good surface texture is there is an even distribution of smooth versus textured surface that covers the visual part of the shoe. The standout feature of this shoe is the Monk strap design which brings the smooth surface up to a raised level. The raised strap stands out and in my opinion works much better than the single Monk strap which looks to busy when mixed with the lower hole based texture. With the double strap you have that even distribution of smooth in combination with the lower area where the toes are which because of it having a mini hole design that stands out as the deviation point of the more glossy smooth leather of the upper area.The video i included shows the shoe in good detail with the sepia filter making the surface visible in a thorough way. I f you can get past the fifteen seconds or so where i was fumbling with the camera trying to unbox the shoes you will see a good example of a closeup view which also covers the bottom tread. Speaking of the tread, you can see the deep groves in between the tread spacing which will allow me to be able to feel confident about the constant running around i often do at my job dressed in the business casual or regular business format.I really like the feel of these shoes with the inner lining being also of a good grade leather you have that inner flexibility that keeps the feet cool.The Monk strap in the double form has less of a buckle at the end hence showcasing the smooth leather that makes up most of it. Being that it is raised due to the girth of this kind of strap it can shine a natural spotlight on the upper area which is often hidden by the pants. I found my slacks sort of rested up on the strap therefore giving an equal presentation to the shoe as well as the lower pant area.The color of the shoe is black but if you look at it in the sunlight at certain angles it appears to have a blueish color mixed with the black. This gives off a nice gloss that looks neat.The nice packaging by Allonsi gives you silky bags with a drawstring to put each shoe into as seen int he video which is what i am struggling to remove the shoe from one handed. Also you receive a nice plastic shoe horn with the company name on it.In conclusion i am happy with this shoe and knew that i could trust the Allonsi brand due to prior shoes i have ordered from them.I not only recommend this shoe but the Allonsi brand in general.

I've always been BIG on style and these shoes are PERFECT!!! The leather feels weirdly comfortable on your feet. Other leather shoes I've had cut my heel and hurt my feet. These Allonsi shoes are DOPE if you are looking to impress. What's also cool is that they can go with a more casual look or more dressed up. Needless to say, I love em and am so happy I found these to add to my wardrobe.

The packaging was automatically impressive. But the style and comfort was even more impressive. I was reluctant because I have never bought dress shoes online. I am sold! I will definitely be buying more pairs.

True to size. Takes some time to get on because of the small buckles but a addition to my dress shoe collection!
