Return and Refund Policy

To start a return, simply email us at care@allonsi.com

We will respond to your email and send you a prepaid return label. You can simply pack up the returned item and affix the prepaid return label and drop off your return. After inspecting your returned product, we will refund your payment via your original method of payment and notify you by email. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be processed once received at our warehouse.
If your return does not meet our policy, you will be notified by our team.

Return Policy

Allonsi’s simple and hassle-free return policy gives buyer a privilege to return the purchased item within the time frame. Points mentioned below are the few guidelines that should be taken care of while placing your return order.

1. We accept only unaltered and unused shoe along with its original shoe box and packaging. Broken and hampered products cannot be returned.
2. In order to have a smooth sail without any communication glitch, return order should be placed within 30 days. Timeline exceeding that will not be acknowledged.
3. Kindly handover the product with utmost care. Shoes damaged or returned with signs of wear will incur a 20% restocking fee or if unsalvageable will be sent back to the customer.
4. Items purchased during Final Sale period do not come under the return policy. Once purchased, Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged
